Spreadex is the one UK bookmaker on this page offering sports spread betting alongside fixed odds. Stakes are not returned on free bets, so a £10 free bet at evens returns £10, not £20. Free bets usually expire in seven days; some are split into acca tokens or bet-builder tokens with their own rules.
